Course Programme
ABOUT THE COURSE
The financial services sector operates within an increasingly complex legal and regulatory environment where poor legal decisions often translate into significant financial losses. This executive programme equips banking professionals with practical strategies for managing legal risks across the credit lifecycle—from loan origination and documentation to recovery, litigation management, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
THE BENEFITS
Unlike conventional legal training that concentrates on statutes and courtroom procedures, this programme approaches law as a strategic financial risk management tool. Participants are equipped to make informed lending and recovery decisions that withstand legal scrutiny, improve recoveries, reduce operational losses, strengthen regulatory compliance, and enhance institutional resilience.
INTENDED PARTICIPANTS
The programme is designed for professionals seeking to strengthen their ability to make legally informed business decisions that protect their institutions from financial loss, enhance regulatory compliance, and improve the management of distressed credit. Professionals involved in credit management, lending, risk oversight, loan recovery, compliance, and banking operations who require a practical understanding of the legal dimensions of financial risk management.
